I love this product for brows. It's so true to color and easy to use. Never smears or wears off until you want it to come off.

I love this product. As an older woman it is so easy to end up with an eyebrow that looks drawn on and severe. Brow tech goes on easily and creates a natural look. The fixing gel on the end of the product is a plus. Unfortunately, the product does not last that long, which is why it received only 3 stars regarding value. Obviously it depends on how often you use the product. If every day, it seems quite expensive.

I have now purchased this brow tech in taupe twice.Sadly, the one I received recently has a broken pencil lead - so I can't use it at all. The taupe lead fell out and onto the floor. It must have broken in shipment.I ended up tracking down a new one at Ulta because I needed it that night.The product is great with being applied thin or thick. The gel makes the hairs stay perfectly in place and seems to make the color hold fast.I am a female police officer, and wear this daily. After 12 hours on duty, it still seems to be on there very well.I will reorder this product again. Hopefully I won't have the issue with the lead being broken again.

I LOVE and keep repurchasing this product. The taupe matches my brows perfectly. BUT the reason for not giving 5 stars, is same as some of other reviews. Not enough product and it easily falls out and breaks. My 89 year old mother loves it, but it’s too frail for her to use. I don’t know what can be done to remedy this problem, but it’s a poor design!

While I find the "Taupe" color perfect for my complexion, I experienced a problem with the "device" itself. I ordered the Smashbox Brow Tech on December 6th and in the weeks since having it, I've probably used it perhaps a dozen times. Well, I went to use it this week and the color material will not rotate up and out of the dispenser. I've tried shaking it down to the tip, but nothing happens making the product unusable. This should not happen with this brand, and certainly shouldn't happen so early in the product's use. Not sure I can recommend this product or if I will buy again. Has anyone else had this problem?

I love this product. The taupe is just dark enough with my ash blond hair. The applicator is easy to use and the little brush on the end sets the hair to look really natural. The only thing I would ask them to upgrade is the length of the taupe stick inside. It doesn't last as long as it used to.

Just like I bought it from the Smashbox beauty counter! I love this product so much and really looks great on my light brown brows. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to use eyebrow makeup but doesn't know where to start. I use it almost every day and it lasts me anywhere from 6-7 months.

I have blond rather sparse brows and find ordinary brow pencils never look real however hard I try to "feather" it on. I've tried using eyeshadow instead but it doesn't stay put.This is just brilliant. I find the Taupe option is perfect for my natural fair hair & pale to medium skin colouring. Easy-peasy to apply when in a rush, it looks so real and stays on all day long. It is also great in your make-up bag as it won't spill or break up.It is expensive but it is £10 cheaper if ordered directly from Smashbox and you get free delivery and a free mascara or primer too.I would always have a spare one in reserve for when it runs out. It lasts a reasonable amount of time.Highly recommended.

Get the right shade and there is no better eye brow product (tried lots of others) but this is the one for me, highly recommend it
