Perfect for Indian food m

This was one of the ingredients I put on a chicken to put in the crockpot and it tasted delicious

Nice flavor . I've never used it before so I have no comparison reference but I used it in my first homade tandori chicken recipie, which was a huge success. I blended with Kashmiri and several other spices and it tasted great!

This item isn’t commonly available in most US grocery stores (at least not in the spices section). This ‘Pride of India’ brand of just fine, tastes exactly as expected. Mix w/ equal parts salt and chili powder for a more exotic garnish on grilled corn. Skip the butter and use lime juice instead.

I love mangos, but did not think of this. had not heard of dried mango powder until recently. Its really good, and i add it to a lot of cooked foods for a different taste. Most people have no idea why my sauces or dishes taste different, but they love it. adds a nice balance to things. it is not sweet, and mixes very well with hot spices dishes. Adds balance so you get more that hot.

I came across the recommendation for this spice in a cookbook and after obtaining it, I was hooked! I love the earthy and fruity taste that it imparts to both my Indian and Thai recipes. It doesn't take a lot of this spice to impart a lovely taste to any recipe!

As described, first time using this spice

The photo doesn't show the leakage because I already cleaned it up, but you can see the silver freshness seal was stuck to the inside of the cap and it arrived completely unsealed. So obviously I can't use it. And unbelievably it is unable to be returned or refunded! I went ahead and purchased a different one - the Rani brand - and that one arrived without any issues and the freshness seal perfectly intact.

Good product

This product was terrible. It had a strong chemical smell and the quality was very bad. I was really disappointed.Also it was non refundable

If you are not Indian, you are probably looking for freeze dried mango powder. This product is supposed to be sour and is made from unripe green mangoes. Don't get upset if you didn't read the description. I did take a couple stars off because the seal was completely off sticking to the lid...so I can't actually use this.

Delivered past expiration date. Tastes terrible. Cannot be returned for refund

not what i was expecting AT ALL... and you cannot return it. this would be a replacement for a lemon or lime ( sourness only not freshness)
