However when it's clipped in its so soft and silky. It came with a cute brush and extra clips. I ordered the 16" but it seems short because it sits directly on my shoulders. The colour was perfect and delivery was super fast. The only problem I have is that whenever I style it for example when I curl it to blend with my natural hair the styling doesn't stay. It doesn't take heat well and doesn't not retain any of the styles I try to do. I had to sew in the extra clips because it is not very stable and when its windy it often moves out of place.
