Porcelain China Espresso Turkish Coffee Demitasse Set of 6 Cups + Saucers Banded Border with Greek Rope (Silver)

These look like the pictures-- they are sturdier and just slightly larger than some other turkish coffee cups that I have. I can recommend them.

I wanted to like these Greek coffee cups. At first glance they were packaged well and very attractive. They're a little larger than the traditional set I have (I measured mine and they are 3oz -- this set is a little larger but I didn't measure them as they were bought as a gift). Even so, it would have been great except for the quality. The porcelain had rough spots and the design was smeared/distorted on almost every cup - kinda like they had been spray painted and set down on a wet side (they weren't, but that's the best way I can describe it).

The people who believe that is a Turkish coffee cup don’t know nothing about Turkish coffee culture. They are too big and ugly.

Wonderful introduction to my day. My espresso tastes great in the petite cup. Great detailing too!
