Review: Miniature Orchids mounted on a small board - I had ordered two of these orchids and one arrived that was really beautiful and I gave it to a friend who has helped me with numerous things. The second orchid was missing but the owner of this item was extremely kind and sent the other one to me in a day or two. This plant is also very nice, very green and growing and I am so happy to have it. I might, one day, attach it to a mounted staghorn fern board. The plants were in very good condition, very healthy and add quite a lot to my plant collection of assorted plants. If you love orchids, you will really enjoy this one.

**Q: How do you pot this since I live in a dry climate?**
A: I didn't pot this. I left it mounted and misted it daily to provide enough humidity. It's done well and he as bloomed several times.

**Q: What is the color of the color of orchid?**
A: My orchid has not bloomed yet.   I seems healthy but micro mini size...the mounting is only 3X3 so tiny......

**Q: What type of water works best? Would distilled water be okay? I use that for my carnivorous plants and always have it on hand.**
A: Distilled water is best.

**Q: The instruction of “ no direct light or sunlight” is baffling me, is it not ok to put it under a grow light like in a terrarium setting?**
A: I don't know how a grow light works but I'm thinking it might be too hot for the plant and might burn it. I put my little guy under our patio.

### ⭐ dont think this was ever a healthly orchid.

this never did thrive. when it came it had some pretty leaves but only a couple of roots but i thought i could get it to sprout some and it did ~ had a couple of roots sprout and then shrivel up. i have a hundred orchids in my home so i know how to take care of them. this one never started new leaves. it tried really hard to start a couple of roots again for the second time and they just shriveled up. i am down to a half of ONE last green leaf so i dont think its going to make it especially since it has no roots ;( i really wanted this little miniature. such a shame! also i just realized in the description that it says "with flower spike" NOT TRUE!! there was absolutely no flower spike!
