How do you claim to not need or want preservatives but you have phenoxyethanol om your ingredient list?

Hello!
That is correct, we don't need or want preservatives, but our products are food grade, with a high organic percentage which make it doubly susceptible for bacteria to eat it, so we use the least possible amount and the best preservative system currently available that we’ve found and extensively tested. 
The fact is, no one wants any preservatives in a natural product, but then the product will spoil and harbor dangerous bacteria which can make people sick, which no one wants either. 
We asked our chemists what would be the absolute minimum amount of preservatives for a 6 month to 1 year shelf life (not 2+ years which is standard for "natural" products). It's worth saying that phenoxyethanol is generally considered the mildest and safest of all food-grade preservatives, especially in topical treatments in concentrations of 0.5-1%. Our percentage is approximately 0.00025%. This is far, far below what the "big brands" put into their products and still allows us to have a safe product. We are not interested in adding chemical preservatives needed for a two-year shelf life that the big chains require.
I hope that helps and gives a bit more background information on the philosophy behind our products. And of course, we are always on the lookout to find a preservative system that is 100% natural.

Question 2

Does this help with dandruff caused by eczama?

Linda, I don't know about dandruff by Eczema. I use it for scalp psoriasis. So far this is the only one working for me and not making it worse. Eczema and psoriasis are both auto-immune problems and I found controlling my diet (avoiding dairy  and wheat mainly plus others) has helped tremendously and I have only one tiny area left on scalp with problem. Hope this helps.

Is this suppose to be liquidity or thick like other shampoos? Mine came liquidity.

It is runnier than some shampoos but it works.  My daughter and I suffered with itchy scalps and this shampoo has helped.  Since starting to use this shampoo, we have not had itchy scalps.

Question 4

Is this shampoo gluten-free and safe for someone with Celiac?

I had ordered for scalp itch/seborheic dermatitis and it did not work for me. Unknown about celiac, but writing the company thru Amazon, I did get helpful information. Owner/staff were nice and helpful and feels to me like you could learn what you need from them. Steve in Austin
