Wipes liquid dressing, 50/Pkg, this protective liquid dressing may reduce adhesive removal trauma during removal of tapes and films. Allows skin to breathe so tapes and films may adhere better. May also assist in increasing the interval between dressing changes. The No-Sting skin-prep does not contain alcohol and will reduce the potential for stinging.

However the wipe leaves sticky moisture on the place that needs a tight adhesion. The wipes are successful in helping any bandage adhere to skin and remain for at least ten full days.

I have to put medical tape on my face nighty to ensure my oxygen doesn't come out of my nose. You use it before you put the tape on. It creates a barrier like so it doesn't hurt when you remove the tape. It's kinda of like an alcohol wipe.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I need fragrance free, does this have a smell?**
A: Yes and no.  Ingredients listed are: Isopropyl Alcohol, Butyl Ester of PVM/MA Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate.  It does have an initial strong Isopropyl Alcohol smell, then a nail polish like smell.  After applied to the skin and dried, there is a very faint chemical smell. I do not see that a fragrance is specifically added to the product. Hope this helps.

**Q: Can I rub it on the skin before a needle penetrates the skin? (In  the application of using a Libre diabetic sensor.)**
A: That's what you are supposed to do.  Leave an area around the size of a pencil eraser clear (NO Skin-Prep) where the needle will penetrate the skin. Only apply the Skin-Prep where the adhesive is going to stick.

**Q: Can these be used with a CGM device?**
A: YES !!!  I use these for mine & have not had any "fall off" since I started using them.
I also use them for my Insulin Pump

**Q: Used patch over freestyle libre sensor, patch super adhesive painful to remove. Do I use this before applying patch & much less pain removing patch?**
A: You use this product before applying freestyle libre as you would to clean the area.  We found another product that helps the sensor to stick and stay in place.  It is called Skin Tac Wipe and adhesive barrier wipe.
Your wipe the area where you are placing the new sensor.  Wait for it to dry then apply the sensor.  It will stay on for the entire 14 days.  It is hard to remove.  When I remove it I need to tug it gently to remove.   Sometimes a thin layer from the sensor remains on the arm.  I hope this answer is helpful. You can use to Skin prep wipes to help in this effort.

These pads work so much better than just alcohol wipes. They allow my insulin pumps to stick better and without the irritation from the adhesive.
