Very sturdy and easy to install on my pontoon boat. Looks great.

Likes: Nice quality cleat. Includes hardware. Everything is nicely packaged, i.e., I DIDN'T have to go searching in the box for some screws that fell out....And the screws were the perfect length for the thickness of my gunnels. Dislikes: I'd recommend that the seller changes out the nut for a lock nut. You know how boats take a beating in the ocean; I went to Home Depot and bought a couple of lock nuts, so it's double-nutted. I'm still good with the 5 stars-nice product.

Works great like how the fold down so nothing is sticking up to get caught on or hit with something

Product looks great and is easy to install but not sure how it will hold up to a medium size boat ties to it. Material seems to be thin or too light.

I received it today and installed it on my bass boat right next to the driver's seat. It will make docking a lot easier. I have to admit that I wasn't expecting such a nicely finished and stout piece of hardware. It looks really nice. Like others have said, it would have been nice if it came with lock nuts.

Quality seems good looks like it should last. Only using it for a fender, midship. Need to buy locking nuts because the ones that come with it are just regular nuts that will loosen overtime.

Item delivered promptly, in nice reusable plastic snap-lock bag. Cleat appears well made with minimal tooling marks and nicely polished finish. I cannot rate the actual performance as I have decided to return this due to the inadequate hardware included with it. The machine screws appear to be stainless steel but are undersized and have a flat-based head rather than a tapered head to fit the holes in the cleat. I could go to the hardware store or marine supply house and buy the correct bolts but would likely be out an additional $10 and inconvenienced. I don’t include the fact that the included nuts not being friction or lock nuts as I was forewarned by previous reviews and had replacements in my parts bin. Also as noted in other reviews, the small rubber pads are a wonky albeit functional substitute for a spring-based system. *** UPDATE: After I returned this item for the hardware issue, I purchased a pair of identical cleats [https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08S7DPXNW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1] which came with the appropriate hardware. I submitted a review on that item and when it posts you can view it for a tip I came up with for the rubber pads which I and other reviewers have mentioned. Thanks for reading!

They were easy to install, they look great now and work well but don't look like they will hold up for more than 5 years.
