Silicone tubing is great. Everything in this kit is easy and comfortable to use. Shutoff valve is so much easier than the white plastic clamp!

I've been using enemas for several years now and have gone through several replacement tubes. I’m truly impressed with this kit. While many of the tips won't be necessary for me, it’s difficult, if not impossible, to find just the tube with a shut-off clip. The tubing’s length and diameter are just right, and it’s made of a flexible material that’s easy to handle.

This works very well. The clamp in this is what I've been needing. It's much easier than most other clamps I've tried. I recommend the long rubber tubes to use with it, though, instead of the ones that come with it, they are too hard.

They show the nice plastic covered heavy duty one I got with my Mikacare Enema bag. The one you get is a much thinner, not covered with the nice plastic tubing. I guess I should of dropped the $14.99 for a Mikacare replacement kit instead. Otherwise it is the standard tubing and valve, with the black and white no backflow valve I really like also. The tips I could care less about, but look well made and standard. Edit: The Mikacare "replacement kit" has no hook at all in it. They've changed the picture now, but the hook was in it (Probably their stock photo, what comes WITH an enema bag.) when I looked, but it wasn't shipped. I don't know where to get the better hook, but the thin metal one with this kit is nearly useless, and probably rusts. All other comments are valid, I increased by 1 star (From 3 to 4) my rating. Tubing AND tips are fine, and the superior valve (Not that stupid white "clamp type.) and backflow (B&W inline piece) preventor. Worth the $8.99. At least it has a hook included, even if it's inferior to the best I've found around.

complete kit for my needs

This is the worst enema tubing I have ever used. It was very cheaply produced, the water control switch is flimsy, thin, hard to manipulate and easy to break, and there is no gradient at all of water release speed— it is either all the way open or all the way closed, which very much defeats the purpose of a healing enema. It would be difficult to use for anyone, but I would especially never recommend it to anyone elderly or arthritic, as it is not user-friendly at all.
