I add honey to all my herbal teas and also enjoy mixing with butter to spread on a hot toasted English muffin but normally buy organic clear honey until I purchased some of the white whipped style and really enjoy it so I started searching for one I can order on Amazon. Just received this huge container which I was a little worried about spending this much money before even tasting it and I’m so happy I did as it tastes exactly like the one I tried before. I Love, Love, Love this beautiful white creamed wildflower honey that arrived in perfect shape no damage to the container and was a beautiful soft consistency…..Yummmmm! Highly Recommend! 💛

I really love this honey! It has a delicious natural taste and a nice creamy texture. I especially enjoy adding it to my morning hot water with ginger. It gives the drink a lovely sweetness, and I enjoyed it so much that I finished the entire jar. I think the price is reasonable for the quality and quantity. I would definitely buy this honey again and recommend it to anyone who enjoys raw honey.

今まで買った 色々なタイプのハチミツの中でも 別格の感じがします。 まず、クリーミー。 香りも、多様な野花の香りがして 不思議な味わいがします。 美しい森の中にいるような気持ちになります。 さらに私はメディカルミディアムが非常に良いと勧めているワイルドブルーベリー(ローブッシュブルーベリー)が好きなのですが、地域的にはワイルドブルーベリーの花からも采蜜されている可能性が高く、それも嬉しい点です。 たっぷり3kgで、値段も量からするとべらぼうに高いわけではないので、これは幸せな買い物となりました♪ メディカルミディアムによると野生の花は、現代人が失っているビタミンB12生産能力のある菌が住んでいる場合もあるとのこと。 それだけじゃ無くて、清浄な生命力のようなものを強く感じるハチミツで、歯にもいい感じです。(あくまで感想です。) そういった、まだ私には言葉にうまくできない不思議な清浄さ(生ハチミツが持つ抗菌力)や、自然の植物が持つ色々な性質の感じでは、飛び抜けているように感じます。(ここはあくまで私の感覚です。) 水に溶かして飲むだけでも元気が出ますし、同時にリラックスもします。寝る前に飲んでいます。 みんなに味わってほしい。でも品薄になったり蜂さんに負担になって欲しくないので、本当に必要な人にだけ、教えたい。蜂さんの幸せと健康を心から祈りたくなる。。そんな大自然の優しさを感じるハチミツです。

I love this honey. It doesn’t get solid even in winter, stay in just enough consistency. And the taste is great! This is my second purchase and I’ll keep buying this one.

I don’t like honey. This is not honey. This is delicious, amazing, yummy, dreamy, creamy liquid. I have never had a honey I liked until this one. Even trying other organic, raw, Canadian honey. My daughter suggested I try the Peace River honey and so I did as it’s less expensive and proudly Canadian too. It has a very sour end note to it which is certainly not your friend in the hibiscus tea I’m trying to use up as that is also sour. I had my husband who doesn’t just not like honey, but who actually hates honey do a taste test between the two yesterday. He cautiously gave them both a sniff and said he already knew mine would be better just by the smell of it. He bravely ventured on and tried them both and of course One Root won out. This is the only honey I’ve ever liked. I could literally eat this like ice cream. It’s also a great hiccup remedy. If you have the hiccups just swallow down a spoonful and they are immediately gone. One Root is definitely worth the higher price tag! I’m going to try it in the hibiscus tea today and see if it helps to improve the flavour any. I may update on that later.
