Too pricey and nothing special in taste comparing to similar products at much lower prices such as Cox and Y.S. eco bee farm. Well packaged and top tasting honey. The extra price I guess is paying for the nice packaging, its glass jar vs. plastic.

I love the light taste and quality of this honey.It is not overly sweet, blends well in hot drinks and spreads even better than butter on toast.

High quality delicious honey. We do not drink coffee or tea, so we created our own warm beverage for in morning. Start with zesting a fresh lemon then juicing half of lemon into one cup and the other half of lemon to the other cup. Then about two teaspoons of honey to each cup. Then fill the 3/4 full with hot water. Top with a generous amount of cinnamon. We find it delightful and healthy.

今まで買った色々なタイプのハチミツの中でも別格の感じがします。まず、クリーミー。香りも、多様な野花の香りがして不思議な味わいがします。美しい森の中にいるような気持ちになります。さらに私はメディカルミディアムが非常に良いと勧めているワイルドブルーベリー(ローブッシュブルーベリー)が好きなのですが、地域的にはワイルドブルーベリーの花からも采蜜されている可能性が高く、それも嬉しい点です。たっぷり3kgで、値段も量からするとべらぼうに高いわけではないので、これは幸せな買い物となりました♪メディカルミディアムによると野生の花は、現代人が失っているビタミンB12生産能力のある菌が住んでいる場合もあるとのこと。それだけじゃ無くて、清浄な生命力のようなものを強く感じるハチミツで、歯にもいい感じです。(あくまで感想です。)そういった、まだ私には言葉にうまくできない不思議な清浄さ(生ハチミツが持つ抗菌力)や、自然の植物が持つ色々な性質の感じでは、飛び抜けているように感じます。(ここはあくまで私の感覚です。)水に溶かして飲むだけでも元気が出ますし、同時にリラックスもします。寝る前に飲んでいます。みんなに味わってほしい。でも品薄になったり蜂さんに負担になって欲しくないので、本当に必要な人にだけ、教えたい。蜂さんの幸せと健康を心から祈りたくなる。。そんな大自然の優しさを感じるハチミツです。

I don’t like honey. This is not honey. This is delicious, amazing, yummy, dreamy, creamy liquid. I have never had a honey I liked until this one. Even trying other organic, raw, Canadian honey. My daughter suggested I try the Peace River honey and so I did as it’s less expensive and proudly Canadian too. It has a very sour end note to it which is certainly not your friend in the hibiscus tea I’m trying to use up as that is also sour.I had my husband who doesn’t just not like honey, but who actually hates honey do a taste test between the two yesterday. He cautiously gave them both a sniff and said he already knew mine would be better just by the smell of it. He bravely ventured on and tried them both and of course One Root won out. This is the only honey I’ve ever liked. I could literally eat this like ice cream. It’s also a great hiccup remedy. If you have the hiccups just swallow down a spoonful and they are immediately gone. One Root is definitely worth the higher price tag! I’m going to try it in the hibiscus tea today and see if it helps to improve the flavour any. I may update on that later.

I received my order of this honey within a good timeframe of ordering it and was pleased with quick service. Actually this was the second time I ordered this honey as really enjoyed the taste of it and used it every day. It didn't have that overly sweet taste that some honeys have, just a real clean, pleasant tasting honey. I order it by the bucket as I eat it so often that ordering by the jar just didn't make sense. Also it's Canadian honey and is raw and unpasteurized. This fits the bill. Good purchase.
