This is my 4th purchase from the same vendor. (and will be buying more). The blade is solid, built sturdy and just feels great to hold. I love the green grip also, and the medieval feeling design. I even went and bought the smaller version as a companion blade. I was asked before if the bird head bothers my hand? No it doesn't, when holding it like a normal blade in any direction it prevents my hand from sliding off it. This is a perfect blade for anyone wanting a rugged blade. Everything on the market now, is ultra polished that looks to 'pretty'. The fact that these 'look' rugged and rough is deceptive because its VERY sharp and does it's job and cuts well.

Very well made and sharp. Very nice sheath but I didn’t like the way it fit on my belt, the blade end stuck out too far so I made a fitted leather one side ways along my belt.

This is a really cool and stylish knife.Definitely the first one on my block with one of these :) I was reluctant to purchase it because of the ugly 1960s kitchen green leather, but I was looking for a blade with some heart. Actually within minutes, that ugly putrid green color grew on me like an amazon rain-forest vine.. It makes it look even more legit. The forged steel blade was like other reviews have claimed as "working sharp". You could cut and orange into orange-juice (LoL).. I spent about 10 minutes on my Spyderco sharpening sticks and turned this blade into a razor that I can shave with. I'm going to strop it later. I rubbed the side of the blade and hecka black gunk came off on my finger which I believe is normal for hand-forged steel. I took some Tuf-Glide on a rag and wiped it down.. It looks the same but not as much black gunk is coming off on my fingers now. The leather-wrapped handle section of the blade is big enough in size (girth and length) for my larger hands which was another thing I was unsure about before it came in the mail today. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. This is an easy knife to like (a lot).

probably shouldn't because the balance is off but i throw this knife a lot with no damage on it to speak of besides scrapes in the leather from tree bark lol. i sharpen it and oil it weekly to bi weekly great knife for the money

Just received this and guess what....I just ordered another!!! This was to be a gift for my son, but now I want it too! Gorgeous knife with green leather wrap on the handle and a sheath the same color with a loop to put on your belt. I LOVE the bird on the end of the handle, too...could be useful as well...This will be used on camping trips or handling odd jobs around the yard. This was quick to arrive and wrapped appropriately. Will enjoy doing more business with this company! Update: Just purchased yet another...someone else saw mine and just had to have it...LOL!

Overall the knife is awesome, the hilt detail looks nice and blade is sharp. The only gripe is the sheath needs some more protection at the bottom, the blade is cutting through the stitches of the bottom of the sheath

Se nota que es bueno retiene el filo bastabte bie, un poco incomodo el mango para segun que tarea igual lo recomiendo mas para colección, es precioso lo recomiendo por el balance entre calidad precio.

Es un cuchillo muy bonito, buen precio y forjado a mano, con marcas en la hoja y sin pulir todas las impurezas, tiene un aspecto muy auténtico. Para los amantes de los cuervos y los cuchillos es ideal. Yo les recomendaría hacer uno similar pero de mayor tamaño y con una empuñadura en madera o asta, sería muy hermoso y lo compraría al instante. En resumen... Excelente.
