They are great and fit everywhere(almost). I'm normally a size 34 so I ordered a L and the waist, butt and even penis area fit me perfectly... There was the the one pouch where your balls are supposed to go. I'm not gonna lie, I have some huge, low-hanging, meaty balls but I couldn't even fit my left nut(the slightly smaller one) into the ball pouch just by itself. Was disappointed by that part, but really shouldn't be surprised.
