Beautiful Piece of Furniture
First off may I say that this ottoman is very well made and looks lovely.The 40 inch size is well big enough for what I wanted. I have only given 4 stars as I did have some teething problems. I ordered Fabric buttons but the ottoman came with Diamante buttons.After numerous emails and phone calls I eventually got the fabric buttons which I have to exchange on the lid myself. I also received a small refund for the inconvenience of having to do this.On saying that the owner was very helpful. So if you do prefer the fabric buttons please make sure that you specify this separately if you can.

“Quality is not adequate and packaging is atrocious”
This has been made in a rush with buttons missing and a piece of article stuck underneath materials inappropriate packaging used and very heavy padded top “ Dissapointing”

Looks good
The Ottoman is very good and I am pleased with it.However I was expecting a restraining chain for safety,Luckily my friend will get me one and fit it.

Nice for the price
It was very heavy, I feel the hinge is poor quality. But it’s strong enough to sit on, and I’ll only open it once a week. So it’s ok for the job it will do. Well packaged

Beautiful product. Very heavy in weight so quite sturdy. Holds a lot of storage. Would recommend.

Great value for money!
I needed extra storage for bed linen etc. This more than met my expectations, it is solidly made, finished to a high standard and looks very attractive. It is also a comfortable seat !
