Hard to find a lot of nonstick cookware that works with induction. It's a good size pan with sides that are low enough to easily turn items such as crepes and pancakes. I can make three medium sized pancakes or two mickey mouse pancakes (kid favorite) with no problem. It's has a larger cooking surface than my larger skillet (8"? shown in photo at bottom, top pan is the griddle) Heating is even.
