Not original KENT spare part
Worked well for me, it's a general 24V DC Solenoid not particular for the KENT RO machine. So for more authentic product visit the nearest KENT service center or contact your KENT serviceman. During installation I faced difficulty like no +/- mark was marked on Solenoid jack clip, also inlet/outlet is not indicated, made trial and error approach for connection, it's risky. Not exactly fitting in KENT RO+UV+TDS machine, orientation is different adjusted with a little compromise like screw left untightened. Thank you.

Defective right out of the pack.
Was defective right out of the pack in brand new state. Never worked for a second. Tested independently of the water and circuit flow as well as in place with the rest of the assembly. Valve state was non responsive to voltage and was always open. Wasted money.
