It is nicely transparent, nearly spherical, and comes apart easily enough while the friction fit of the two halves seems to hold pretty well (it may come apart if you drop it). The only reason I knock off a star is that one of the two matching tabs was broken off on the one I received. In fairness, that may have happened in transit, and I probably could have returned it, but it didn't matter for my purposes. It is a described. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Work great for my purpose... *by A***Y on Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2018* I used half of one of these circles as a cover for a small camera I placed in my sugar glider cage so that I can film them at night when they are playing without them being able to access the camera and tear it apart (which I assure you they would do). This works great!! I did use a small soldering iron and melted a few holes in the acrylic to be able to attach the dome to the cage. The acrylic melted very cleanly and easily and the view is crystal clear.
