Product is good for health .it help u to shine.if you drink is before workout or empty stomach it's works nicely..I like this product very much .I am using this product past 10 months. Packing was very poor.i didnt like the packing at all.box we completely broken.

It was a messy thing to use. in beginning I liked it then when I started using after shaking i saw froth coming out of the bottle. too many chemical and not natural at all. Please eat something directly rather then these products. Very harmful in long run.
