Review: instructions are all in russian. - get google translate if you're really that interested in knowing what it says. if you've reloaded shot shells before you can figure it out. its not hard. you do have to remove the decapping post to reprime and crimp. it does only come with a 6 point crimp starter though. if you want an 8 point starter, get the Hornady crimp starter with it. Many of the hulls here are eight point which makes it almost impossible to use them. 2) The instructions are in Russian.
