I was on a low-carb diet, and even though I also tried to keep my fats low, gallbladder issues were plaguing me. I took 2 weeks worth of these pills at the time, and they were the only thing that offered true relief. I was even able to resume my low carb diet, and I didn’t have any more issues for around 2 years. Again, I took these pills for 2 weeks, and all was well for another 2 years. I recently reordered, and I only took a few days worth before my symptoms subsided. It worked out, because my wife randomly started having gallbladder problems. Hers is barely functioning at all, so it does have to be removed, BUT these pills have worked wonders as we wait for her appointment with a surgeon. I have never actually had my gallbladder tested, so I don’t know if I have gallstones or just a poorly functioning gallbladder, but we do know that my wife has no gallstones but has a very poorly functioning gallbladder, and these are working great for her. Over about a two year period I tried Bragg's vinegar which helped but I still had to be careful of what and when I ate and had occasional but less severe attacks. I became very underweight. I eventually found and tried Gall Cleanse and have now been on it for over 7 years. It works! I am very confident God gave me a Gall Bladder for a good reason and would prefer to keep it. I have researched the effects and cost of removal and have learned that you are at risk of developing diabetes, will always have problems with fatty foods and may have to take medication if your gall bladder is removed. I did have to add a pro-biotic to my diet to help maintain my intestinal flora levels as the powerful mint gel cap can strip the flora from your intestinal track which causes bloating and discomfort.
