Good for the money
I don't know if it's "proper" origami paper or not, but it kept my origami-obsessed son happy, seemed well cut and was easy enough for seven-year-old hands to fold. Good variety for the money.

Not great origami paper
This paper is too thick, not smooth enough and coloured on both sides*. OK as a very cheap paper for simple beginner models - unsuitable for anything more complicated. (*Many origami folds look best when done with paper that's colored (or even patterned) on one side, and white on the other.)
