would guess the fda has not reviewed this product, magnesium silicate would probably aleve stomach issues, but I'm not an authority. I do know that since I've been taking these pills (6/17) I have not used ibuprofen for any aches or pains

I don't know for sure, but I'm sensitive to gluten and I use these teapills every day, so I doubt they contain any gluten.

The warning label is also for pregnant or nursing women. It should not be used during pregnancy.

are the pills easy to swallow ? I can't swallow large pills.

They are about the size of a small pea. Yes they are easy to swallow. You can also crush them up an add them to a smoothie.
