Just does the job it needs to do.
Right price for the right job. I already had a upright brush using vacuum but since I moved to a place with almost entirely hardwood floors all it was doing was scattering the grit and other particulates around. This filled the job perfectly. I just needed a easy to use, lightweight, vacuum that just sucked it all up and didn't scatter it all over my floors. Working as intended.

Lightweight, sturdy, powerful
Sturdy little vacuum cleaner with the superior Eureka brand quality. Lightweight and powerful suction, very simple to assemble and operate. Love the retractable power cord. Not great on carpet

Eureka canister vac
This little vacuum is pretty good at cleaning hard floors and upholstery, but not quite as adequate on installed carpets. I don’t feel there’s enough suction to get deep enough to do a thorough clean, but for light levels of dust, debris, or hair it should do the trick. Might also work well on throw rugs or washable carpets to get out the extra dirt and dust before washing. I did not need to read the instructions to operate this despite being an old school Kirby owner and never having dealt with a bagless set up. If you know general symbols and can push a button you can do this. The handle comes with a metal stabilized attachment for the floor head which attaches to the plastic hose portion. There is also a small telescoping upholstery brush that can be engaged for tight spaces as well as fabric. The dirt cup is a good size, but because all that dust and debris kind of circulates in a little wind tunnel it’s good to keep it clean so it runs efficiently. The whole thing assembles and disassembles easily and compactly for storage. It’s also one of those things that can be easily repacked in its original box. 😊 Overall this is lightweight and maneuvers well. If you are looking for a simple, light duty vacuum this is a solid choice. This won’t get deep into mattress layers or pile carpet, but works much more effectively than sweeping on most surfaces. I gave 4 stars for the value inherent in its simplicity and its ease of use features, but think it could be improved upon with a different attachment or two additional. The suction was also a little disappointing.

After years of trying, I think I've found my forever vacuum
Buying a vacuum (or carpet cleaner) on Black Friday has kind of become my annual tradition - every year I tell myself this is the last one, and then another sale rolls around. In 2025, I decided it was time to finally replace the cordless vacuums I’ve been putting up with for the past couple of years. Between the battery never lasting and the underwhelming suction, I was more than ready for an upgrade. When I saw the Eureka WhirlWind Bagless Canister Vacuum on sale for $57.99, I jumped on it, and even added the 3-year protection plan for peace of mind. Hopefully this one will stick around for a while! 💗 This vacuum is fantastic, here's what I love about it so far: 🌀 Suction power The suction power is soooooo much better than my cordless vacuums (which are now leaving my home ASAP!). This vacuum doesn't have a beater brush but I only have carpet in a few small areas so I'll continue using my upright for those. The throw rugs, however, are where this shines - it doesn't try to eat them like my upright does. The suction is strong enough that I've learned to vacuum by standing on the rug and pushing outward from the center. Bonus: no beater brush means the side fringes aren't getting caught! 😸 Also, I have cats... and cat litter boxes... this vacuum does a fantastic job of sucking up any misplaced litter, as well as stray cat hair. 🗑️ Generous sized dirt canister My cordless vacuums held maybe a cup of dust, which I had to empty constantly (especially living in a dusty rural area). The Eureka's canister holds at least two cups, and the first time I used it I accidentally went past the fill line, and it still worked great. The whole dust assembly comes apart (dust cup, dust separator, filter, lid) making it easy to clean each component. I do a full clean quarterly and let everything dry on the porch for a few days (although not in full sun during the summer!) just to be safe . 🎚️ Adjust the suction power There's a handy slider on the handle so I can reduce suction while vacuuming the throw rugs. It's still powerful, but this feature makes delicate areas easier to clean. 🔁 Automatic cord rewinder No wrapping cords by hand! Just step on the button and the cord retracts smoothly. It pulls out easily too and stays in place while in use. 🧺 Quick dust release All you have to do is press the release button over a trash can and the dirt falls out. I did notice that the lid catches a bit of dirt but I just tipped it slightly to drop it out. 🧼 Washable filter The filter is located at the top of the dust assembly and consists of a dense black sponge and a white layer, held together by plastic T-tag fasteners. I shake the filter each time I empty the dust cup and live in a dusty rural area so I have to change the filter every 2-3 vacuuming sessions. Filters for this model run from $3 to $6 each (depending on the brand) so I wash them instead of replace with a brand new one. I'll be removing T-tag fasteners from the black sponge and the white layer so that I can more easily wash the two. I typically use dishwashing liquid and hot water, which ends up with brown thick suds, then I rinse and squeeze until the water coming out is clear. I then soak the filter for 5-10 minutes in a 3% hydrogen peroxide to disinfect, rinse and then let it air dry for several days. I always keep 2-3 spare filters on hand so I can swap in a dry one and keep going. Then every 2-3 years I replace the set of filters with brand new ones. 🔌 16 foot long cord This is a good length, but I do need to plug in at different places even in my home which is on the small side at 50' x 20'. 📏Telescoping metal wand I love that the wand is metal, and adjusts so smoothly with a simple click. No wrestling with stiff buttons or stuck tubes like with other vacuums I've had. 🔒 Secure snap-fit I didn't know this was actually a feature when I was exploring this vacuum cleaner, but it is very noticeable how the parts snap together and come apart easily. No fighting with stuck pieces or awkward twisting. It makes cleaning and reassembling so much faster. 📢 Noise level This vacuum is moderately loud, which is pretty much what I expected for a vacuum with strong suction. It’s definitely not whisper-quiet, but it’s not so noisy that it feels overwhelming either. I can still hear what's going on around me, but I probably wouldn’t use it during a phone call or if someone was napping in the next room. The sound is more of a steady hum than a high-pitched whine, which makes it easier to tolerate during longer cleaning sessions. 🧹Built-in Dusting Brush One of my favorite little surprises was the integrated blue dusting brush that slides down into place right on the wand. It’s super convenient for cleaning baseboards, windowsills, or shelves without having to go hunt for an attachment. If I don’t need it, I just slide it back up and out of the way. It clicks into place securely and doesn't fall down during use. It's a small detail, but it adds to how thoughtfully designed this vacuum is. Overall, I'm really impressed. This vacuum cleaner is powerful, lightweight, and solves a lot of the little annoyances I've had with past vacuums. I didn't expect to love it this much, but here we are!

SMALL AND EFFICIENT FOR PRICE
Here’s the deal. Light-weight so very Portable with enough power to get 90% of normal , everyday dust and debris from most surfaces. Elderly will appreciate that most of all. Flexible hose and easy to vacuum with the mid-length wand / handle tool. Bagless feature save money of bags and easily empties with a flip of a catch. Value and ease of use / portable are main features. Low noise and medium suction meet most needs. Would give as a gift. L

Crevice tool not included
The vacuum itself is fine. I wanted one that had the long handle rather than an upright. My house does not have any carpet and this kind is easier to use on hard floors (tile and wood). It does not get under furniture as well as I was hoping it would. The description said that it comes with a crevice tool, which is what I like when getting those high corners and along base boards. It does not even though the online description said that it does. I reached out to the company and was told to read the manual, because it's not listed in the manual as a part. This went back and forth for a hot minute. Needless to say, they did not send me the part it said it included. I clearly did not have the manual before I purchased it. Also, be aware that the dust piece is connected to the top of the handle and cannot be removed. It slides down when you remove the long pole, so it's just on the handle piece. Which does no good if you are trying to reach baseboards unless you just like vacuuming on your knees, which I do not. It works for my current needs but I would not purchase again, mostly because of their customer support.

Price, weight and suction are great
This little vacuum surprised me. I can reach corners of my 9 ft ceiling to get the cobwebs ! Great suction. And very light weight especially for the stairs, I would have liked more tools. But all in all for the money it’s a really good vaccuum

Everything I need in a vacuum cleaner.
My small Eureka canister vacuum arrived today and of course I had to put it together and try it out immediately. I am so impressed with the way that this little Eureka is built. The first thing I noticed is the fully adjustable metal wand as compared to the plastic ones that you get with most small vacuums. It's fully height adjustable with many many adjustments available. The floor cleaner can go from hard floors to carpets with no problem whatsoever just a click. It is amazingly easy to dump and the filter comes out very easily and cleans up very well. I used to own another brand that was this size and this one is miles above that one as far as noise, the way that it's made and the materials that it's made with and the ease of cleaning after using. I am a 73-year-old senior lady and I have just a small senior apartment approximately 500 ft. This vacuum will do absolutely everything I need it to do. I did spend some time looking for the dust brush LOL and then notice that it is actually part of the nozzle. Now that I have located that and found how easy that is to use I think it's an amazing idea to have it a permanent part of the machine so you don't have to go looking for it when you need it. All in all, this lady is very happy with her purchase. The only thing I would tell people to look for is that one of these little vacuums has an extra filter and the other one does not however they are both the same vacuum and they are the same price even though one of them has that free filter. Of course I chose the one without the free filter which is another case of just having a senior moment. Just make sure you check. I did order an extra filter for it but of course I had to pay extra. Anyway this is a really good little vacuum and I would highly recommend it to someone with a small place.
