Yes and yes. I have 33 x 12.5 x 20 nitto ridge grapplers on mine. I did my work for over a month figuring out how to fit 33s. I have 9 wide wheels x 20 tall with a +30 offset. The offset is the most important part. I only have to fold over the pinch weld which is behind both tires because it rubbed at 70% turn. Once folded over, no problems at full turn both ways. Looks clean with no visible body moding because it was inside the well under the liner. The liner also needed to be secured back because there's a lot of slack in it. There was another local guy who did a 0 offset wheel and had to trim a lot from the visible portion of the fender (Plastic trim). Looks bad so make sure you get your offset right. What's the biggest tire I can fit on stock 20" rims without spacers or trimming anything? I don't need to go 33" or could just go narrower.

It depends on your wheel to use spacer or not. My R20 wheel didn't need a spacer and I put a 33x11r20.
