Gibson Athletic Just Right Uneven Bar Gymanstic Leather Grips for Girls USA

I have bought several pairs of these grips for my daughter. She says these are very comfortable and easy to use. The fingers are small and the leather is stiff when they first arrive but that is normal since they need to be broken in before using. She has complained about the buckles digging into her wrists and them sliding off the bars after a long period of time. Overall these are very nice and supportive.

These are the grips our gymnastics studio recommends for the girls. I always buy from Amazon instead of Gibson because the shipping is free. Same great product either way. My 10 year old just purchased a size small. Her first pair at about age 8 was an XS. With lots of use, they do wear out but I still highly recommend. Her coaches know how to stretch the finger holes (I don't) but it always works like a charm; my daughter does not have skinny fingers!

Bought these for my twelve year old daughter who is an Excel Gold level gymnast for her first pair of grips. Unfortunately after less than six weeks of light use at practice, one of the finger holes ripped making them unusable. Extremely disappointed with the quality and will be buying a different brand.

My daughter has tried numerous brands of grips including custom grips over her 15 years in gymnastics and she’s used these exclusively the last five years. We had one pair break and customer service was fantastic and replaced them immediately. They do stretch more than heavier duty grips so they won’t last as long but she loves the fit so for her it is worth the trade off. She’s a Lvl 10 and trains bars 5 days per week and pair will last her around 6 - 8 weeks but she rotates pairs to extend the useful life. They lose a star because of pricing. I don’t know if that is an Amazon issue or a Gibson issue. They fluctuate significantly (from less than $30 to around $50) and often; at times every single day. So make sure when they are a good price to order multiple sets.

I have two girls in competitive gymnastics and these are the only brand of grips we buy. They fit and perform well!

My daughter was super excited to get her first pair of dowel grips. She's used palm grips initially and her coach suggested these grips. The narrow palm is good for transitioning because her hand can have more contact with the bar but will still have protection against rips. I measured from the base of her palm to the tip of her middle finger to determine the correct size. The Med fits her perfectly since she measured 6.5 inches. The grips needed to be broken in and the finger holes had to be adjusted. But that's typical with grips to get the right fit. She's very happy and couldn't wait to start using them!

Buenos pero hay que hacerles la perforación más grande para meter el dedo, viene muy reducido, pero por lo demás cumple con lo requerido
