CalmingBreath Yoga Meditation Cushion and Zabuton Mat Set - Washable Covers - Fits All Sizes

It took me a bit of experimentation to find the right combination that worked for me. I am not a flexible person with tight hips, tight tendons and short hamstrings so to sit comfortably cross legged is a challenge. My meditation area is also on a hard, wooden floor. I found the thin mat too thin on the hard floor and the flatter cushion too low for my inflexible body. However, the thicker mat and taller cushion is the perfect combination for me, making a 15 minute meditation very easy.

Very well made and an excellent product perfectly suited to meditation. I can tell this having sat on the combination.In my case I am old and very inflexible so I am still experimenting on the best position / posture but having inspected and sat on this can see it is perfectly suited to it's function. I also found this colour, Tibetan Maroon, rather harmonious so I am well pleased with this purchase.

This is an amazing and very well designed Zabuton. If you're interested in practising meditation for long periods, I would recommend getting one of these. It comes in two parts, the round cushion can be moved to any where on the mat and keeps your posture upright throughout. I would heartily recommend this product to anyone ready to for a professional approach to Meditation.

Surprisingly the set arrived the day after I ordered it without me asking for next day delivery, so thank you to CalmingBreath and Amazon! Both cushion and mat are well made and of very good quality. The cushion is as I expected it, but the mat is really more like a large pillow than a mat which takes some getting used to. It flattens out a little with use making it easier to place the cushion on top. It is certainly very comfortable and I love the maroon colour. I am very happy with this purchase.

An excellent set. Real pretty colour and seems to be made to a really good standard.Takes a bit of getting used to in terms of sitting on it - the zafu is quite firm, but once you get used to it it's really quite comfortable.

I received the mat and cushion promptly and they are exactly as described. The mat is thick and soft and the cushion just the right height and firmness. I have always used a prayer stool / meditation bench, so the free booklet with instructions on how to sit is being very, very helpful.I would absolutely recommend both the product and the seller.

The meditation cushion is amazing and very good to sit on. The floor mat/luxury cushion is a little too padded for my taste and couldn't be used with a stool. However, both products are very well made and should last a long time.

My order was initially lost by the delivery company but Amanda offered alternatives/refund/to resend and kept in touch throughout (including outwith standard hours). She resent it via 24hr post once it was back in stock and therefore it still arrived before Christmas. Perfect customer service and a great product! The mat is very comfy and definitely worth having, the cushion itself provides good support and both seemvery robust. I love having a dedicated space to practice in now. Thanks so much, I'm thrilled!
