I won't be buying from this company again

*by S***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 January 2019*

I bought my wife this sports bag 8 months ago. Unfortunately the fabric has started pulling away from the zip seam. It cannot be mended as the seam allowance is far too narrow. I emailed them to advise of the problem on 17th January to which there has been no response. What I can't abide is the "no response" from a company when there is a problem.

    poor stitching and zips

*by B***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 November 2019*

I bought this bag around Christmas time 2018, but wasn't used until late January. I haven't put anything heavy in it but about 6 weeks ago the fabric started to pull away from the top zipline, and the other zip broke a week ago.

    Stitching poor

*by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 April 2019*

Had the sports bags only since 14th March I don’t carry heavy loads but unfortunately the stitching around the zip is coming apart and the zip has Broken, shame as it’s a lovely bag, maybe a one off
