Love this bottle and love the customer service! Being a glass bottle, it did unfortunately break the one time I dropped it. But it also happened within the 60 day window of purchase; so I reached out to Veegoal’s customer service and they are sending me a replacement free of charge just like they said they would. They were very kind, communicated clearly, helpful, and hassle free. As I side note I really liked the rubber sleeve. It contained the broken glass and made cleanup easy and safe. I would, and probably will purchase this again!

Pretty decent bottle, always nice to use glass instead of plastic. I like that it’s not too big and clunky. It comes with a bamboo lid with string that I prefer because the strap is handy, and it looks prettier. BUT the metal lid can go in dishwasher, so I prefer THAT. If only the metal lid had a strap, that would be perfect. The glass feels nice and sturdy, with a thin silicon wrap. It’s easy to separate and easy to wash both pieces. It fits in my small SUV cupholder. Overall does what it is supposed to.

I love this glass travel bottle. It has a rubberized holder and two options to carry the bottle. One has a string holder and the other one is made from bamboo. Washing this bottle is very easy. I like the crystal clear glass where I can see through my drink. The bamboo cap is good. Both caps seals very tight leaving no mess behind. It looks durable and looks the same like the picture. I find this valuable for money. And I like it how easy it is for me to drink water hot or cold. I can even take it with me during my exercises whether it is outside or indoors. Overall I like having the glass travel bottle. Very simple and nothing complicated about owning one. You should try it.

I love this bottle especially for traveling in Europe where the facet water is safe to drink. My only complain is that the lid's rubber ring keeps falling inside the bottle and when the bottle is full is impossible to get it out without empty it and ends up inside your mouth. The lid needs imprudment.

This water bottle is great! I typically carry around a water bottle everywhere with me and this quickly became my favorite. I love that it’s glass but has the silicone cover over it so I don’t feel worried that it has the potential to break. The bamboo lid is cute and I was surprised to find myself using the lid with the strap more often as it allows me to quickly grab my water bottle in the car or to easily carry around with me when my hands are full. I love that it comes in so many colors and for a good price as well. It does have a smallish opening which is great for drinking but could be hard to clean. Luckily I have a bottle cleaner at home anyway which made the initial clean a breeze.

After decades of drinking out of unhealthy plastic bottles, my husband and I decided that it was time to switch to glass. These bottles are perfect. They are classy, lightweight, sleek, and not bulky. Beautiful colors, too. We were reminded quickly, however, that they are glass, not plastic, when my husband's rolled off a lounge chair and broke. The company enclosed a note with the shipment that if a bottle breaks within a certain time they will replace it. And they did! After an email to the company, a replacement bottle was delivered immediately. Wonderful and friendly customer service. So treat the glass bottles with the respect they deserve, and you will love them!
