Because helium atoms are small enough to slip between spaces in the balloon material. There is less space between the molecules in Mylar, so the balloon stays inflated longer. How long will balloons float? Research shows average float time is 5-7 hours. Float time can vary significantly based on the level of inflation, size of balloon, temperature and altitude. We recommend inflating balloons 1-2 hours prior to the event for the best results. What can I do to make latex balloons float longer? First, be sure to tie a tight knot in the neck of the balloon. If you are attaching ribbons to the balloons, be sure to tie the ribbon below the knot. For special occasions that require prolonged float time, you can also purchase float extender like HI-FLOAT to expend float time to 1 week. ## Features - *COMPLETE and BEAUTIFUL Decoration Set: This Rose Gold 30th birthday decorations sets include everything you’ll need to celebrate the 30 birthday birthday for her. Many. Balloons *by A***B on Reviewed in the United States on December 2, 2022* I didn't read the description just liked the rose gold color and needed something quick for my Friends 30's. The color was absolutely beautiful, I absolutely love the ones with the confetti. Would 100% recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice way to celebrate my birthday while in quarantine. *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 30, 2020* Bought this item as a last minute gift for my 30th birthday which was last week. I initially had a bigger celebration planned, but due to unforeseen circumstances related to COVID-19, it’s now postponed to a later date. However, I still wanted to celebrate my new milestone even if it means spending it at home with only a few people. The package came on the date it was expected (my birthday). It was easy to assemble the 3-0 balloon without any issues. The extra amount of balloons was a nice addition although I was only able to use a few so I can save the rest for a later celebration. I didn’t notice any tears or damages to the items. Overall, I was satisfied with everything that came with the package and I look forward to use it again as soon as this quarantine is over. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the purchase *by T***A on Reviewed in the United States on July 20, 2019* The only thing I dislike right this instant is that I didn’t take a lot of pictures of everything that came with this purchase. Honestly this set was a total lifesaver it had everything and the perfect rose gold color. My only advice with this purchase and a total recommendation is to buy The Balloon Buddy. I’m sure they have it here and you might as well put it in your cart that way you’re not running around town looking for a helium tank, balloon air compressor, or going somewhere to blow up ALL the balloons and pay an arm and a leg. I bought my at Walmart for $18🤫(sorry amazon) but it’s worth it not only did I blown up those balloons I also did 30-40 more. It’s a must have. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/89601456-rose-gold-30th-birthday-decorations-party-supplies-gifts-for-women](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/89601456-rose-gold-30th-birthday-decorations-party-supplies-gifts-for-women) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
