A: I can’t answer the NY but it takes regular gasoline.

**Q: What oil do i need for my moped**
A: 10W40 - synthetic oil

**Q: Do you need a license**
A: Check with your local DMV.  In FL you need a driver license to register the scooter but not a motorcycle endorsement because of the size and speed.

You’ll need minimal mechanical knowledge to assemble, or a bit of patience, but it wasn’t terrible. Seller was quick to respond to our questions and always had a friendly attitude. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it.
