Will this work for detailing car inside that had enough length and width to clean tiny long space between seat and door jam at floor?

I know they are long and will reach the full 17 inches, not sure about what it will reach in your car, but they are long

Can these be used to clean the flush outlet under the rim of a toilet bowl?

I’d assume so. All toilets are made differently with different sized openings. So this is a tough question to answer. But if it fit, it’d do the job.
