I have bought many clothing products off here and got less than what I paid for and had to return the product for quality issues or size issues. This is amazing especially for the price considered. The size is just right for starting off and it gives you 2 extra rows to tighten if or when needed and the material is better than expected. I noticed when I took it off my shirt was soaked in sweat underneath. Only time will tell if it makes a difference in my tummy fat. Size: M 5’5.5” 165#

Great Fit
I am a size 16 and I ordered a large. It fits well and doesn't roll up. The only con is it could have been a lil longer. The torso is short. It definitely helps to provide a good sweat. It has very good stretch too.

I’m usually a large I’m 5’3 167 lbs
I mean it’s very comfortable but it’s too comfortable it doesn’t give me the waist trainer feeling I wanted maybe because it’s too large I ordered a size medium and i can easily get it to it’s first hooks no problem i guess maybe order two sizes down? The material feels great though and if it were the right size I’d be happy.

Comfortable
I bought this to work out in because I saw that it worked to reduce the size of my sister’s waist. This is really comfortable. In fact, it is so comfortable that I started wearing it all day and not just for my workouts. I actually ended up buying 3 more because I sleep in them as well. I will say that my waist seems to have gotten smaller, but I haven’t measured yet because I want to wait until the month is up to do my measurements. This thing has kept me warm and my belly is no longer sitting on top of my pants giving me the muffin top effect.

Oh, well waste of money
This is not for a size 2X ,I can not close this , I was so happy to get this item, now ,I wished I didn't wasted my money. I am 5'4 and weight 189 and this doesn't fit 🤬, I need to stop buying online smh

Love it
At first I wasn’t sure about this but now I see that it’s the best thing I’ve purchased so far. I got a size Medium and it’s not tight at all it’s very comfortable and you can breath. I use it to exercise, and for cleaning the house it’s great, it’s worth it. I’m about to purchase another one
