I was recommended this product by a nail influencer on IG because it does not cause nails to peel like other brands. I do agree with this and believe I will keep using it for a base coat on natural nails!

Essie gel polish ,top and bottom coat resists chipping and peeling. It is the only polish I have found that keeps my nail polish looking good for 7-10 days. I've tried others but the Essie system is the best.

Been using this for YEARS! Change my mani pedi to new season appropriate colors every week or so, use this every time. Protects your nails from harsh glitter polishes and creates a smooth base for the glossy ones. ESSIE EVERY TIME! One bottle gets you about 3 months of weekly mani pedi's.

Essie makes very good nail products. In store,most of the time they don't have what you are looking for or the bottle has been opened and used. Very happy with this product and vendor.

The product is pricey but so far I like it. I bought the base and top coat and both dried pretty fast. I am using cheap nail polish, LA Colors. I will update to 5 stars if the manicure stays on for more than 3 days without chips or damage. Only time will tell.

I have used base coats before but never knew why it was so important until now. This brand is better than any salon type. It protests my nails from absorbing the color I will be applying next. It smooths out the nail bed in preparation for the polish.

I always try and keep a back up, love it
