One of the biggest mistake purchases I've made yet.
I purchased this phone based on reviews of other similar Cat phones. I owned this phone for less than 6 months & had to send it in for repairs the first time (Flashlight quit working & some other issues). I got the phone back, everything seemed fine for about roughly 6 months when it started having issues again. Started losing connection with the sim card, battery began to lose charge more rapidly, & other issues. I sent it back in yet again (the second time). I received the phone back & right out of the box the speaker was bad, and now just a few weeks into the second repair I'm starting to have additional issues yet again. The touch screen is beginning to fail. It doesn't always let me swipe, I have to try multiple times. The Cat phone support solution to this, send it back in we'll fix it, again.The repair shops solution to these problems is to have me continuously send the phone back for repair, time & time again. I asked for a refund and was told that my 30 day refund time frame had expired & I need to 'send it in for repair.' Again. Apparently.At this point I think iSave or Bullitt or Cat phone support or who ever actually manufactures this thing, at the very least should pay me half & they can go in on joint ownership of it since they have it in there shop nearly as much as I have it in my pocket.Horrible phone & even worse customer service.Expensive & hard lesson learned. Only buy from a name you know you can trust.
