where can i get large fava beans?

Are these cans BPA-free?

It's not stated on the can if it's BPA-free or not. So everything is possible. But I would not recommend you this product anyway: it tastes reasonable but is badly overcooked - it's a real disaster to skin these beans. So I would suggest another Fava product from Amazon that is much better than one you ask of. It's Organic Fava beans from Westbrae Natural (12x15oz cans for $22). In addition to the better quality, it's stated "Non-BPA lining" on the cans. And as a general rule, if you are concerned about BPA, try to buy organic stuff. It should not contain BPA because otherwise the company would not get USDA certification of "organic" for its product.

Do these pair well with the liver of a Psychiatrist?

I would think not, although diced Grizzly brains are tasty with it. :)
