I purchased a 40 oz ThermoFlask because the 24 oz bottle I have needed refilling frequently in order to enjoy chilled water. ThermoFlask water bottles do the one thing I need them for very well: They keep ice from melting too quickly. I use it in the sauna at my gym and it retains cold extremely well. It's durable and the being able to choose between two lid designs is very useful. But durability does not mean it can withstand being dropped frequently, so don't be clumsy. And if you're they type who needs to run an insulated water bottle through the dishwasher, buy another, or buy this one and don't be lazy, just wash it by hand. Honestly, some Amazon customers complain too much about stupid stuff. This insulated flask is perhaps the best on the market, and as a result this is reflected in the price. If you want a water bottle that will last and work extremely well, buy this one. It's worth it.

Arrived on time, and made well. Sturdy, great size, easy to hold handle, and comes with as it shows two different spout options. Keeps drinks cold for hours, and the color is a gorgeous purple. 10/10 would recommend, and would buy again.

Love this water bottle especially for the price! I love that it comes with two different lids, one that pulls up and has a straw inside and another that you can open like you would a disposable water bottle but it’s much larger. It also comes with two straws inside of one, which is useful when you want to clean one and still use your water bottle. It’s definitely leak proof which I love a lot because higher end water bottles that I’ve used in the past did not hold up. I also think it’s durable and very well insulated, I can fill my water bottle with ice in the evening and there’s still ice into early afternoon the next day. It also doesn’t smell or taste weird or metallic-like, which my Stanley did. I also like that the lid offers a way to carry it and I don’t have to worry about the handle falling off like my Stanley did which made it hard to grip onto unlike this water bottle! I definitely think it’s a steal for the price and quality!!

I first bought the 64 oz. bottle a year ago, because I drink a lot of water at night and wanted a big bottle that would stay cold all night long and hold a significant amount of water. This bottle went above and beyond my expectations. I noticed the first time I put ice in it that when I went to fill it the following night, the ice still hadn't melted, after 24 hours. Amazing. That to me is the best thing about these, how long they can actually keep a drink cold, but it isn't the only great feature. The bottles are elegant and well designed. They're heavy duty and feel super sturdy. I dropped my 64 oz down the stairs trying to carry it with a laundry basket and it didn't dent or even really scratch. The bottles are super easy to clean, each piece of the lid comes off so you don't have to worry about scum forming around the straw. I loved it so much that a few months later I bought two more, the purple and black 32 oz bottles. My wife and I wanted to start making our own iced lattes during the summer, since they're like 8 dollars each now, and needed a good bottle with a straw that would keep our drinks cold throughout the day. I instantly thought to look up if they sold 32 oz bottles (size of a large Dunkin iced latte) and sure enough they did so I got them. They've been awesome! I work outside a lot and even In the summer my drink stays ice cold and the ice won't melt until long after I've finished it. Took advantage of the prime day sale and ordered another two (40 oz white and purple). They are extremely well priced compared to their competitors. It's just really refreshing to find a company that makes quality built to last products at a decent price. Can't recommend these enough.

Very happy with the lavender ThermoFlask 40 oz bottle. Keeps my water cold all day. My only complaint is the flip-up straw lid (?) - the lid used to have a silicone tip that was softer and couldn't knock out your tooth. These new ones have a hard plastic flip-up piece that I do not like and it also leaks if you choose not to use the straw with this lid. I don't like cleaning the straws (tedious), so I just don't use them, and I was surprised to find the lid leaking every time I took a drink. My old lid fits this new bottle, so I'm just using it instead, but I wish they had left the design alone. Overall, I like the color, volume, how long it keeps my water cold, the texture that is easy to hold onto, and the handle on the flip-up lid for easy carrying. Definitely recommend these bottles at a good price.

I am a senior with arthritic hands, so 18 oz is the largest size that works for me. I have tried many different water bottles, only stainless steel for the sanitation of them. I only buy leakproof to carry on the go and in my pilates bag. I have been using one with a screw on lid/spout, but after having knocked it over twice this past week, spilling water all over due to leaving the lid off for convenience sake, I started looking for something with an easier open/close spout. This ThermaFlask is exactly what works; it is very well designed. Two lids are included, but I am only using the one with the straw attachment. The construction materials are good quality. The mechanism is solid and the straw mounting is such that it doesn't leak easily if tipped over when open--it will eventually, of course, but not initially. The size and diameter is comfortable and easy to hold. Highly recommend. Also, ladies, if you avoid drinking from a straw due to the formation of fine vertical lines around the mouth, the drinking spout is rectangular shaped with the straw mechanism inset so that the "prune effect" is greatly reduced!

One of the best water bottles I have ever purchased. It keeps my drinks cold and the ice doesn't melt too fast. Will be ordering more soon.

It works great. I went with the 40z to avoid having to refill often. 4 large ice cubes keeps the water cold for about 6-8 hours. Ice cubes left in it empty overnight are still frozen by morning. It's not the most extreme insulation on the market but it's a good compromise with being thinner/lighter which makes it perfect for daily use, filled once or twice throughout the day. A real upside to this design is the 2 tops it comes with. Both are high quality and clever design, unlike many cheaper canteens for sale. The straw spout is fully capped with a softer material that's nice to drink from. But most useful is the handle design. You can comfortably drink and carry from the narrower cap, even when it's completely full, without having to ever touch the wider body. So you've got great control over the bottle no matter what you're doing. It also gives you leverage to open and tighten and the cap so there's never any leaks. This is perfect for people with smaller hands, though the keyhole shaped handle will fit any size hands. It's VERY clever and much more functional than the pivoting strap design on most other canteens. The caps were the big reason I chose this over others and it really does make a difference when I use it every day. It's the main reason I want to leave a review, since some designer made a pretty noticeable improvement with that clever trick. For someone else that complained about the noise, the straw has a pretty high flow rate which is usually nice. To avoid any noise you just have to drink more slowly, like you're sipping through a regular straw. But the second included cap is general purpose, and has a latch mark on the swing-back cap so it won't flop forward while you're drinking or pouring.

I really like the bottle it helps me drink a minimum of 1.2 litres a day which is fantastic. I had the bottle for a few months and it has been dropped a few times hence the scuff marks on the pic. Otherwise a great bottle, keeps my warm drinks warm and cold drinks cool. I have left it accidentally in a warm car and when I came to get it the water was still cool which was nice. comes with two straws and two caps. Will buy again cos it's great value for the price
