Fabulous, Decent Price for an AC DELCO with 800 CCA. Extremely Quick delivery. Although it said it would not fit a 2012 Dodge Caravan, LOL. It fit perfectly, like a glove. Amazon packaging for a vehicle battery. *****

Installed the day it was delivered and only drove for one day, this review does not have any longevity information. I did want to comment on everything I could though because so far this battery seems like a good buy. I’m not sure why but the ac delco 94ragm that I took out of our 2018 Chevrolet Traverse was only 730cca, it was definitely shot though. This one is 850cca and tested good on my foxwell bt705. The new battery and higher cca produce very noticeably higher cranking speed and faster start up. There were no fitment issues. The 2018 Traverse is a LT AWD 3.6L. Off topic but useful if you were unaware of them, I installed a 10$ hood latch harness auto start stop disabler at the same time hoping to get more life out of this battery and it’s working good as well with no codes or loss of remote start. Battery arrived fairly well packaged with no damage but the city it shipped from is only about 45 minutes away from me. If this package saw 5 different vehicles over a couple of states with careless employees I could see it not being 100% adequate but it is far from terrible. Some reviews made me concerned I would receive an old battery that was made in China, thankfully that did not happen. 107th day of 2026 means this battery was manufactured (in Mexico) 4 months ago.

Replaced an older battery from 2020 that was showing it's age especially over the winter, this was a direct fit and is giving a noticeable boost to starting, power, and acceleration. I was looking at another battery that was AGM under Bosch but thought this struck a good balance between quality and price.

Just received a DELCO 94RAGM from Amazon, amazing service. Received battery 80% charged at 13.8. Ready to go, along with manufacturer date code 06/26 fresh battery. I worked for a ACDELCO distributor and love ACDELCO batteries. The Gold series are top of the line. One last note there are only 3 or 4 places that the United States pull from for batteries. Interesting fact this 94RAGM Delco was manufacturered in Germany. Was new to me, fyi for you guys in the business. The world is healing alittle for this commodity to be able to be sent from Germany and Amazon for offering a better price than warehouse 2 step distribution. It's spectacular that they are not screwing the customers like other vendors currently are! Thank you

I bought this AC Delco battery about a year ago, and it worked perfectly for the entire first year. Then it suddenly stopped charging and eventually refused to accept a charge at all. I've almost never had a good experience trying to get something replaced under warranty—especially not a 50-pound, $180 battery. So imagine my surprise! I emailed their warranty department and specifically asked to be contacted via email (I could have called for faster service, but it was freezing outside and I wasn't in a rush to deal with the car). By the end of the same day, I had a reply asking for details and my Amazon invoice. I sent those right away and was told I'd hear back within 3 business days. Yeah, right, I thought. To my amazement, the very next morning I received an email from FedEx saying a replacement battery was already being shipped directly from their warranty department. That's seriously impressive customer service. I'll definitely be buying all my future batteries from AC Delco!

The main issue I have is the handling of the package by the Amazon delivery person. The battery alone weighs around 53lbs., and care needs to be taken when moving it. After reading other reviews, I was concerned about the delivery and chatted with two different Amazon support people about having the box pointing "this end up". The package had two sides with red arrow stickers pointing up to indicate how the box should be facing. I also left delivery instructions in the order about this. However, the delivery person did not pay attention to any of this and put the box sideways. Luckily, a family member got the box right after delivery and put it the correct way. I did call Amazon to tell them about this issue, and I hope that someone finally does something to prevent it from occurring again. The box the battery came in is thick cardboard. There were styrofoam sheets on each side and a lot of bubble wrap to cover up and fill the remaining area. The styrofoam sheets were somewhat crushed because of the box mishandling and who knows what else, and there were styrofoam bits everywhere, which I had to get a vacuum with a hose out to clean up. The battery itself seemed in good condition with no noticeable leaking or damage. I checked the battery charge, and it was 12.6 volts. The battery was brand new, and the manufacture date was the same month I ordered the battery. The price for the battery was the best I saw online, and I did not have to ship my old battery back. I took my old battery to an auto parts store, and they gave me $10 store credit even though I did not buy the battery there. It is probably better to order the battery when the temperature is not really hot or really cold outside. Also, do not wait until your battery dies before replacing it. If your battery is more than a few years old and you see the charge on your old battery when not in use is only around 11.6 volts, it would be a good idea to replace it before you get stuck with a dead battery in your car. If your battery is placed in an area of your car that requires a vent hose, this battery has 2 vent holes and comes with 1 plug (attached to the red cover piece for the positive terminal) for the unused vent hole. It does not come with a vent hose or elbow, and you should just use the parts that were on the battery you are removing. Excluding the delivery issue, I would recommend ordering this battery from Amazon.
