Good product but be very careful
BE VERY CAREFUL! If the color cream product shows any discoloration, do not use it! It should be a pure white cream. I am sharing this because I foolishly used it anyway. My hair developed a different color. NO FAULT OF ANYONE BUT MYSELF! I should have stopped the process immediately and contacted Amazon. I feel certain that they would have made it right for me and saved me from having to wear a wig until I could get the color professionally corrected. A lesson learned. I hope this helps someone.
