Amazingly simple installation be it physical fitting, wiring or connecting with Alexa/WiFi. I can go on and on with pros of this product. Excellent build quality and no way electricity can leak, not so costly. Though, There is one issue which is, when all three switches are in on position for like more than 10 minutes then for about 10 seconds all the switches will go off and afterwards it will continue to happen every 10 minutes approx. It seems like something inside the device heats up in 10 minutes and needs to cool down for next 10 seconds. Unfortunately I realised it after warranty expiration.

I initially ordered 1 to replace one of my malfunctioning non smart touch switch. It turned out to be an excellent replacement so ended up buying 3 more after 6 months to replace all of my old non smart touch switches. But few days after purchasing new ones, the old one (first one I bought) started to misbehave - 1. Would forget WiFi settings, happened thrice already in a period of 1 year. 2. Blue LED indicating Wifi connectivity stopped working. Both issues are so far only with the first unit I bought, rest are still working fine. Not sure how long they will all last, fingers crossed. Irrespective of the minor issues, all of them work well with Alexa, IFTTT and Google home and are super sensitive to touch.

It has a commendable built quality Set up is relatively simple and can be done on your own CONS Not for heavy devices like heater, geyser, microwave, fridge, washing machine etc, as it can only support small load capacity. There has to be a neutral wire for it to function which may be con for few depending upon wiring. I did the installation myself and now I’m confident I can go for other switches as well. Tip: if you are new to electricity wiring, try to setup using 2-3 bulbs first. Once you are confident, replace your existing switch board.

The 1 star rating is because of the seller. Never responds to messages. I have sent messages in WhatsApp for understanding how the switch works but the seller never responded till date. I took the risk to try it out and the switch is working good also it's easy to install. Working is good. Only drawback is No RF 433Mhz remote control.

The item worked fine for few days. After that the switch started to switch on and off randomly like a serial light. Also the device disappeared from the Smart Life App. On switching of the mains and switching back on , the random on off stopped but I had to re-link the switch to my Smart Life account. Same thing repeated the next day . and so on. If I dont sync the device with the app the switch has no problem and acts like a normal switch (what is the use of smart switch then). If i sync to the app it starts behaving oddly after some hrs.

This is cheap even compared to the cheapest smart switch panels sold in the US. Have been using for about a week now. So far it is great. I was totally prepared for it to give me a lot of trouble but it has been nothing but a breeze. Didnt fit in my current switchboard, so i had to install an external gang box. Not a big deal. Looks pretty in the end anyway. Edit: Has been three weeks. This is so great that I changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I recommend using Smart Life app instead of the trash app they recommend. So much better.

i was kinda a doubtful before ordering whether this would be worth the money. but after using this smart switch from NISHICA i gotta say its worth the money. it was a first time purchasing a smart switch so i had to call an electrician to install it it was quite easy tho. after 4 months of usage here are the pros and cons Pros : 1 small and beautiful switch has a modern vibe to it 2 fast and responsive with touch and alexa commands 3 easy to install cons : it did not come with a box for wall attachment had to purchase separately. Over all the build quality is decent and worth for what u pay. its responsive and i still haven't had a single issue since 4 months of usage.
