Review: Coat - I love this coat! It's so warm and cozy without being bulky. The Sherpa lining is soft and warm. The sleeves are quilted so they're even nice and warm. The knit cuffs at the wrist keep the wind out and there's a draw string of your want to cinch the waist. I've worn it in 30° weather and didn't feel cold at all. And as a bonus, it looks great too! The outer fabric is like a cotton twill and is somewhat rain resistant (out in light rain/drizzle and it didn't get soaked, the water kind of beaded on it). The hood is generous, but but so big that a breeze blows it off or it covers your eyes. It's also sherpa lined. I like the snaps at the neck that keep the hood in place and keep your neck warm. I normally wear a medium but I bought a large in case I wanted to wear layers but I haven't had to yet. I like that it's a little big on me. I think the medium would have fit just right but wouldn't have allowed for any layering. It's got nice deep pockets and a sturdy zipper.
