This hair curling wand is a steal. it heats fast, glides smooth, and the curls keep their shape for two days without hairspray. With 1.25 inch barrel size, I can do Utah curls or just bump the ends for a fake blowout in 15 mins easy peasy. The titanium barrel is the real MVP here because whatever the coating is lets the hair just slide off after you've formed the curl, plus the iridescent finish just makes it more fun. I left it on the other day mistake and I can vouch for the auto shut off working too.. whoops

I wanted use this for a few weeks before giving an honest review. Really like it. Gets hot, creates nice curls that last and easy to use. I took one star off because of the temperature wheel location. I have small hands and I’m constantly moving the dial. It has gotten better, but I feel like it could be made to not move so easily.

Super light weight, easy to use and works really well, curls however you want your hair to look.

My other curling iron by Conair finally started to fray at the cord, so I needed a new one and after ordering a few and trying them out, I settled on this one because it most closely mimicked my previous one, which I loved using for about 10 years. The style of this curling iron is beautiful and elegant, so it looks great on the bathroom counter. PROS: The clip that holds the hair is very secure so the hair doesn't unravel when curling, the heat setting adjuster knob is placed in a spot that makes it hard to accidentally change to a lower or higher heat, and there is no on/off button that can accidentally switch off the iron while using, which is a good thing (there is a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the iron after not using for a while). CONS: the cord is short, the iron gets very hot on the high settings (so be sure to test on a small piece of hair first), and the cooling tip isn't very long so I need to wear heat gloves when using it to prevent accidentally burning my fingers. Overall, I'm very happy with this curling iron and highly recommend it! I can only hope it lasts as long as my other iron did.

I have a larger barrel version of this, too, and I love it, so I thought this would be a no-brainer. Overall, it is great - love the fact that the heat settings are a twist mechanism that locos in place, as opposed to annoying buttons on the handle that you could accidentally change. It heats up quickly and works well. The train I gave it only 3 stars is that the barrel is top-heavy. When you set it on the counter, it tips forward so the hot barrel touches the counter. I have to put a hairbrush on the handle to keep the barrel lifted up off my surface. My larger version of this one doesn't do that, so there is something about the design of this smaller one that is off. Very annoying!!

This curling iron heats up quickly and gives smooth, long lasting curls without burning or damaging my hair. It’s easy to handle, lightweight, and the curls come out defined and shiny every time. Perfect for both tight curls and loose waves. Definitely a great styling tool!

I have long used Conair products. Many years, in fact. Both hair dryers and curling irons. This is the first Conair product I've purchased that is just plain crappy. Even worse, it's crappy in all regards-- not in a single feature only. Awkward balance. It gets ungodly hot. Use extreme caution with temp settings if you buy this product. Heat setting numerals are nearly impossible to see/read. The setting pointer is RIGHT under the lever. This thing gets much hotter than you would ever imagine. If high heat is what you're looking for this iron is for you-- but be really careful. I had to dial it way down on my fine hair. But even if you have heavy, difficult to manage hair, I think it could easily be damaged with this product. The tip is difficult to grasp without burning your fingertips. (My previous Conair curling iron had a hole in the tip you slid your finger through to secure it.) Way too easy to burn your fingers. Also, watch out for your ears. (See previous comments about high heat.) The cord is flimsy. Hugely disappointing. I should have returned it; I am now regretting that I didn't.

Me gustó el producto, vi comentarios de que es para ondas grandes, pero su tamaño de onda es "mediano", ya tuve de onda grande y es más grande que este, por lo que diría que es para ondas medianas porque tampoco es el más delgado. Me gustó, si calienta bien y hace bien los curlys.

Me gustó mucho, no soy muy experta y se me hizo muy fácil utilizar este ferro, me encantó el ancho porque queda un look “effortless”, ondas muy muy sueltas, también compré el ferro de 1” para cuando quiera ondas un poquito más apretadas. ¡Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Please do not buy at all. The product wasn’t working at all. I returned and refunded it all. Buy babyliss instead of this. It’s super cool, working condition and I am enjoying it

I have had the .75" for years and years and kept trying other (more expensive )brands of 1.25" barrels. None could get hot enough to hold a curl and they would fall out in an hour (they're supposed to be loose but my hair would just straighten) I finally decided to find and order the same brand as my trusty .75" one and I could immediately tell it was a winner. Heated up so much faster than others, and held the curl. I just wish it had a little support/stand so the hot part doesn't have to touch the surface I'm working on.

It was given as a gift and the recipient lives it! Heats up quickly, easy to handle and curls well.
