I had taken fish oil in the past and didn't really like it so stopped. But after using this brand I am impressed with the quality. I bought this due to a social media group i am in that had multiple recommendations to use a Fish Oil for eye issues (blepharitis.) To date i have only taken 1 a day for about a week. At this point I have found no fishy aftertaste (as long as i take with a meal, otherwise i do get a burp of fish oil sometimes, TMI i know). These are medium size capsules so if you have issues, be aware. Haven't taken long enough to have an opinion on effectiveness for my eyes, but i will add that some neurologists i follow recommend Omega -3 (Fish oils) for older adults for brain health if they aren't getting it from food (i'm primarily vegetarian so could easily be deficient). This brand is owned by Nestle and i have read they are looking to sell it so need to watch that space in case the formula gets changed
