I actually did research to find what I thought was the best FISH OIL OMEGA 3 pill brand possible. I was thrilled to see this item was not only rated highly but sold at a very fair price. The ingredients were exactly what my doctor recommended after my BAD Cholesterol started going up a little bit. Omega 3 Fish Oil 1200 mg. I had taken fish oil in the past and didn't really like it so stopped. But after using this brand I am impressed with the quality. It is tasteless to swallow making the ease of use simple with a slippery coating protecting the Fish oil inside. In the past I know that this product is effective to use in controller my Cholesterol so I know this brand will perform great. After I bought this brand and started using it, I happened to open a CR Consumers Report magazine and was shocked to see THIS BRAND listed as one of the top ones that they recommended. I bought this due to a social media group i am in that had multiple recommendations to use a Fish Oil for eye issues (blepharitis.) To date i have only taken 1 a day for about a week. At this point I have found no fishy aftertaste (as long as i take with a meal, otherwise i do get a burp of fish oil sometimes, TMI i know). These are medium size capsules so if you have issues, be aware. Haven't taken long enough to have an opinion on effectiveness for my eyes, but i will add that some neurologists i follow recommend Omega -3 (Fish oils) for older adults for brain health if they aren't getting it from food (i'm primarily vegetarian so could easily be deficient). This brand is owned by Nestle and i have read they are looking to sell it so need to watch that space in case the formula gets changed
