I think a good carseat pillow can protect her. Most products i found is to attach on the seat belt but not support the other side (you never know which side would kids lean to...). This product not only attaches to the seatbelt but also wrap the neck, which I think it gives protection from different direction. The only I was worried when purchasing is too bulky. But when I got the pillow, I was very happy with the size, not too big and fits on kids very nicely.
