Is there a guide rail that works with this saw? like the makita sp6000j1?

you can buy a guide rail in home depot better yet you can use a straight edge and a couple of clamps. this is a great saw for the money, i work everyday at construction and use this saw as my go to saw, i even use it instead of a table saw when the table saw is right beside it.

Will this work with a DCB207 battery pack?

No, however with our DCA1820 adapter you would be able to use DCB207.

Assuming correct blade, will this cross cut 1.5 inch maple butcher block counter?

Yes, It cuts 2/4s ok which are 1&1/2".
