Is this bone marrow undefatted and or non-defatted like the beef liver you sell?

Our bone marrow is undefatted. It is simply freeze dried and ground into powder.

To the seller: I see this is grass-fed, but is it also grass finished?

Antler Farms website states 100% grass-fed. They don't state grass finished but for me 100% grass fed means beginning to end. I might suggest contacting Antler Farms if you need more information.

Does alcohol used as part of extraction products ?

We do not use alcohol in the processing of our products.

Does the capsule contain glycerin or any substance in it that is not stated?

There is no glycerin, no rice, no additive or flow agent of any sort. 100% pure bone marrow, as the label states.
