Why does it say Amy on the back inside?

Right on the Product Specs page it says manufacturer is Amy Matanot. People left bad reviews thinking it was a returned gift, leftover party favor...but they are wrong.

Does it come with the scroll already inside? Does the adhesive keep it stuck on?

It comes with a scroll but not the typical scroll you see in other Mezuzahs. It is very simple. So far (only a couple of weeks) the tape has held.

Where do you mount it? Where will no one steal it?

You can use the double-sided tape to adhere it anywhere on the dashboard or to any surface near the door of the car. Inside the car.
