Ice Cleats Crampons for Shoes and Boots – Snow Steel Traction Grips

Work great! Do not slip off of shoe. Easy to put on and take off. Really grip the ground. I’m a delivery driver and have to walk on driveways and sidewalks that have not been cleared of snow and ice. These little spikes did a great job of gripping so I was stable and could carry Items to our customers with ease. If a sidewalk is clear it’s ok to walk on them with the spikes still on. They do not damage sidewalks or my vehicle. I felt Comfortable and safe to drive with them on so you do not have to remove them to drive. Very happy with my purchase and several of my co workers have purchased these after seeing mine. No slips at all!

Very easy to put on and extremely effective. I used it to help my old parents in the snow since they were not comfortable wearing snow shoes. Although I had some doubts about it initially, these snow grips worked amazingly well, without slipping even once.

I originally bought the medium, but sized up to the large. I wear a women’s size 9 sneaker. Easy to put on and take off and packs very small in hiking bag. These were great to use on slippery snow packed trails and definitely prevented slipping. They slid around a bit and had to be readjusted every half mile or so, otherwise great.

I bought these a while ago, but haven't had enough cold weather to test them out until now. I used it two days to walk my dog, and the durability is just not there. They send replacement cleats, but it won't last me a month at this rate. I walk my dog half a mile twice a day (plays in our yard the other times), and I've already had to replace three cleats. The metal part of the cleats work amazingly well in ice, and definitely saved me a few times from my dog pulling (he's only 17lbs, but when he pulls, he's pretty strong, especially if he's in the snow and I'm on ice). The bad part is the narrow plastic part holding the cleat to the rubber sole. It seems to snap pretty easily, or the whole cleat gets pulled through the rubber sole.It's very easy to put on and take off my shoe, and the rubber sufficiently friction holds against my shoe. I just wish the cleats were as durable. I ended up purchasing hiking crampons, and stashing these in my car only for emergencies. They're definitely not for light daily use (walk around block) or heavy hikes (spikes are too small to work in deeper snowy areas).I would not purchase or recommend to anyone. It's too late to return mine, but hope this review helps someone else.

I am so pleased with these ice grips. I ordered the larger size to make sure they fit over my size 9 boots. They fit perfectly and snugly. They worked great on the icy snow we had from January. I still need to be careful walking on snow and ice but I felt safer with the ice grips.

Bought these for a trip to the Canadian Rockies where we were to walk on an ice field. They fit over our shoes perfectly and very securely. There are easy to pack. While everyone else was slipping and sliding on the ice, we were able to walk confidently around on the field. We were super pleased with our purchase.

The sizing is off as mentioned by others. I think i should have got large. I wear womens size 9. The studs dont go on heel of shoe no matter how you stretch and adjust. Not a great buy and I stupidly bought several sets for others in family before trying them. They do have extra studs with them so im assuming they fall off often?

Living in Wisconsin, I use these every day in winter. These were so easy to put on--and they stay on! (I've purchased other brands, which were very difficult to put on and slipped off.)There's usually an ice rink just getting me to the garage and these grips have preventing any slips or falls. Highly recommend these!

Of course you can buy better and more expensive ones, but I decided to try these as it’s only for now or maybe once or twice a year. I have to admit they did the job — they were useful on ice and snow, although maybe less on snow, but when there was ice underneath you could really feel your footing was secure.
