I have used this particular product for MANY years and always it has been a major weapon to battle a cold, a sinus drainage, that vicious tickle in your throat. I have shared this product with all my family and even a postal carrier - all have found it to be beneficial. No don't just go out and buy it all - please leave some for me - I just bought 3 bottles of 500 and ended up giving up 1/3 of one bottle to my son who was in the throes of a cold - and even he said something sure helped - he was also taking Zycam. Fine but I believe the Ferrum Phosphoricum 30X certainly put the bug on the run.

Works quickly.

Easy to take. Not sure if it’s working or not, but I’ll finish these. They don’t seem to be hindering me either.

I discovered cell salts a number of years ago, and am never without my #4, popping four tablets under my tongue at the first sneeze. It works. I rarely get colds.

Cell salts are very effective. #4 Ferr Phos oxygenates the blood stream. I use this for colds and inflammation. My whole family uses them to handle various conditions from cramps to the flu. I have all 12 now. The only thing is they are lactose based and if you are lactose intolerant then .....
