I washed the hair with clarifying shampoo twice, NO CONDITIONER (you need your hair cuticles to be opened, not sealed, for the dye to go in) then dried it (this dye needs to be applied to DRY HAIR). I didn't use the bottle, i bought plastic coloring dishes and brushes. I first mixed each box in its own dish really well, waited 5 min, then mixed them together and again waited 5 min (hair stylist told me that you need to let it sit). Then i applied this mixture of 10C+10N to my hair with a brush. It was a lot of dye and i put it all on my chin length hair. Maybe that's why color came out so even and perfect.
