I have used the product for delicates and unmentionables. The clothing seems to be well cleaned and freshened. I plan to continue to use it this way, reducing the need for detergent and eliminating soap residues. My only complaint is with the documentation/users manual. The instructions were confusing probably due to translation issues. I have recommended this product to friends.Update, 9/19: product is no longer working. With a full charge, it lasts for only 10 minutes before turning itself off. Even light laundry does not get clean and fresh that quickly. I had been using the WashWow weekly, mostly for women's underwear, and really appreciated how clean the garments became, with no detergent residues. But at the price paid, I certainly expect it to work for more than 3 months, so I must now downgrade the product to 1 star.Update 9/29/19: seller was very responsive when I reached out to them about the problem. I have received a replacement unit and am hoping the problem does not recur.
